Policies

All bookings and classes require a non-refundable deposit. Bookings can be rescheduled, however unable to do so 48 hours prior to your initial appointment. Nail appointments are booked at a minimum price, any add on's are adjusted at the time of the appointment. All sales, promotions or discounts are final and cannot be refunded. All details of classes and or sales are printed on each invoice at time of sale. All remaining balances are to be paid at the time of appointment. Animals, children or outside food is not permitted inside the studio due to liability purposes.
