Teeth Whitening Services

The procedure of whitening teeth by applying hydrogen peroxide on the surface of the tooth. Our FDA approved dental grade products gently whitening your smile. Over time you may notice your enamel slowly start to stain through daily eating and drinking. We provide a semi-permanent solution for all special occasions or daily use! Results lasting up to 12 months with proper care.

60 Minute Whitening Session– We comfortably apply the whitening gel over 8-10 teeth (depending on the consultation) for a total of four 15- minute intervals.

30 Minute Touch- Up Session – Recommended for brightening up a smile with little staining. This service is also recommended to clients who have had their teeth whitened in the past 3-4 months.

Aftercare

It is very important to follow after care instructions as the pores of the teeth as still open within the 24-48 hours of a whitening session being completed. Here are tips to follow after your session.

• Avoid all staining products for at least 24 hours up to 7 days 
• The longer you avoid anything dark, the better the results, the longer it will last
• Avoid all dark liquids: coffee, tea, red wine, pop etc. 24 - 48 hours
• Avoid all sauces: tomato sauce, barbeque sauce, soya sauce, ketchup, mustard etc 24 - 48
• Avoid smoking and vaping for 24 hours
• Avoid fruits/vegetables with dye: strawrberries, blueberries, blackberries, beets 24 - 48
• Avoid cold drinks/food as it can trigger sensitivity since the pores do not close right away
• If sensitivity occurs, take an Advil or Tylenol as directed
• Avoid brushing for 45 minutes after treatment and avoid mouthwash (coloured) for 24 hours
